sector and urban livelihoods. Currently a consultant at Oxford Policy Management, she has a deep
understanding of community-based clothes recycling.

Collection partners: A team of fifteen collection partners, hailing from communities traditionally
working with used clothes, have been trained to provide last-mile connectivity with clients. They are
spread across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. BRC plans to expand the team to twenty-five in
2024.
